Scented Jar Candles Help Ring in Autumn

There is a crispness in the air, the days are growing shorter and nights longer, fall has begun in the United States. Soon I will be witnessing the leaves changing colors, frost on the pumpkins, and the fabulous aroma of fresh baked apple pie. I have an apple tree right out my back door. This time of year will usually find me picking and slicing apples for my pies.  Instead, I am in a rocking chair holding my new baby. I did find myself wishing for that great scent, so I open up a scented jar candle. I have always love scented jar candles, the provide a sense of homeyness wherever I am. At times just settling down for a few minutes, and having a couple candles burning, can be the perfect end, to a hectic day. Asian spice is my choice tonight.  I enjoy trying out a variety of scented jar candles, and Asian spice is spicy and exotic.

Can a Scented Jar Candle Save You Money

It is a known fact, that lighting a scented jar candle, will help to reduce your heating bill. When the air has grown crisp, but not cold enough to turn on the heat. A scented jar candle may be just the thing you need, to warm your home up. As the scented jar candle burns, you will notice a difference in the air.

Scented jar candles are a great product when you have decided to sell your home.  Before you house is shown light a candle with a sugar cookie scent, the buyers will come running. You want your home to feel inviting to the buyers.  You could also try pumpkin, apple spice, hazelnut or even lavender to make your home feel cozy. Buyers will look more closely at a home that smells like fresh linen, than a home where the main scent is the litter box.

Scented jar candles are much safer to have in your home around small children and pets, compared to gel or open candles. You never know when someone will come in contact with an unprotected flame. You will have the protection of a glass surrounding the flame, when you use a scented jar candle. With young children  in the house, we want to feel secure, that they will not get hurt.  We have chosen several different containers to put the candles in as added protection.
